Manage GOATOOLS GOEA namedtuples.

get_set(fieldname)[source]¶: Get all study items (e.g., geneids).

mknts(add_dct)[source]¶: Add information from add_dct to a new copy of namedtuples stored in nts.

add_f2str(dcts, srcfld, dstfld, dstfmt)[source]¶: Add a namedtuple field of type string generated from an existing namedtuple field.

get_ntobj()[source]¶: Create namedtuple object with GOEA fields.

init_dicts()[source]¶: Return a list of empty dicts to be filled with new data for revised namedtuples.
