Manages GO group headers and optionally sections containing GO group headers.

get_sections(hdrgo, dflt_section=True)[source]¶: Given a header GO, return the sections that contain it.

get_hdrgos()[source]¶: Gets all possible GO grouping headers, regardardless if actually used or not.

num_hdrgos()[source]¶: Number of GO group headers used for grouping.

get_section_hdrgos()[source]¶: Get the GO group headers explicitly listed in sections.
