Bases: object

Contains Grouper object, GoSubDagPlot object, and namedtuple.

wrplt(fout_dir, plt_ext='png')

Write png containing plot of GoSubDag.

get_dotstr()

Return a string containing DAG graph in Grpahviz’s dot language.

get_pltpat(plt_ext='svg')

Return png pattern: {BASE}.png {BASE}_pruned.png {BASE}_upper_pruned.png
