Read annotations in GAF, GPAD, Entrez gene2go, or text format.

goatools.anno.factory.get_objanno(fin_anno, anno_type=None, **kws)[source]¶: Read annotations in GAF, GPAD, Entrez gene2go, or text format.

goatools.anno.factory.get_objanno_g_kws(**kws)[source]¶: Read annotations, given the filename in kws

goatools.anno.factory.get_type_filename(**kws)[source]¶: Get annotation filename and type, if provided

goatools.anno.factory.get_anno_desc(fin_anno, anno_type)[source]¶: Indicate annotation format: gaf, gpad, NCBI gene2go, or id2gos.
